The American Ambassador attended the event commemorating the 147th anniversary of the death of Levski.
Herro Mustafa paid tribute to the Apostle in front of the monument on Bunardzhika and left for an official meeting with mayor Zdravko Dimitrov at Plovdiv’s Town Hall.
Pavlina Nikolova, deputy chair of Municipal Committee Vasil Levski, Plovdiv, educationalist and winner of the prize Serving the Community awarded by the Municipal Community Center Union, gave a speech in front of the monument. The commemorative event was hosted by Zlatko Pavlov.
Traditionally, the event was attended by representative formations from the Plovdiv Garrison - Honour Unit, military band and floral wreath carriers, members of Vasil Levski Municipal Committee and the Patriotic Committee.
